Mario Gila has admitted that AC Milan invited on pressure at the end of their draw against Juventus, while he came off due to discomfort.
After a first half that was not lacking in intensity but was short of quality, the game burst into life in the final quarter. Alphadjo Cisse was the man who broke the deadlock: after coming off the bench he fired in a feed from Samuel Chukwueze to make it 0-1.

Just as it looked like being a memorable result early in Ruben Amorim’s reign, Federico Gatti rose highest at the far post to nod in a free-kick off the bar in the second minute of added time. It earns Juventus a 1-1 draw that was perhaps deserved on the balance of play.
Amorim admitted as much in his post-match comments, conceding that Milan didn’t play how he hoped. Gila spoke after the coach to DAZN, and his comments are via MilanNews.
Milan conceded two goals without you on the pitch: is that a coincidence or not? And above all, how are you?
“It would seem unfair to say the team is struggling without me. I think they deserved the draw. We weren’t 100% fit, we lost a lot of possession. We stayed in the game until the very end against a strong team like Juve.
“I haven’t been able to finish the games yet, and that’s disappointing. Today I had some discomfort in my kneecap, but the draw isn’t to be sniffed at.”

When you play against Juve – at their home – you have to play carefully, but perhaps you weren’t a little too cautious?
“These two things are linked. In the first half, we lost too many balls. It’s true that after the goal, we also had chances to push up. In the final minutes, we dropped back, they’re a team with a lot of height, and then they can score, as they did. We were fearful in the final minutes.”
Saturday, Milan face your old club Lazio…
“I really want to meet up with my former team-mates. Lazio has wonderful fans, it will be great to meet up with the people I met there.”

Can this brother finish an entire game for once
We will regret sending Athekame away. Gabbia and Gila are not reliable.
Gabbia and Gila are CB. Gila litteraly played all 3 games nad he was our BEST CB. Athekame is a RWB. One has no corelation with the Other
The point is we need defenders. Bodies. If you watch the first three games check how Gila is playing towards the end. Yesterday at around 70 minutes he was checking himself already. Something is wrong.
Amorim will rather bring in Terraciano for Gila than bring in Tomori, I hope he knows what he’s doing.
Tomori probably wasn’t match ready. He just came back to the squad. He probably needs time to get used to the system and tactics. I won’t be surprised eventually once he is reintegrated fully tomori will be ahead of terraciano
