If Massimiliano Allegri does not leave AC Milan, by choice or to pursue the Italy national team role, Santiago Gimenez will be sent on his way.

However, he failed to really shine in his first six months, despite a decent opening to the season. The story continued in the same manner as the second season began and after a few disappointing months, he was sidelined with an ankle injury.
Since returning, he has not impressed much again and with a new striker expected to arrive, he could be sacrificed.
Gimenez to be sold?
A report earlier today suggested that the Rossoneri are hopeful for offers exceeding €70 million for the Mexican and Christopher Nkunku and it appears where the former Feyenoord man is concerned, they may accept one of the right value.
According to MilanVibes, via @Garante_Il on X, the striker will be moved on if Allegri remains at the club. The only thing that would stop that is if the player objects the move as he did last summer.

Really should get a chance before the end of the season, the most dangerous we’ve looked up front was when it was he and Pulisic together.
Do you remember Gimenez started the first 7-8 games and was a complete bust? He had more than enough chances to convince…and he is still goalless!
The whole attack is a mess this year. Noone was able to perform adequate.
sell them both not worth watching
Haven’t gotten anything out of him yet. Hasn’t even played anything yet. Let him play.
Milan will sell both of them for allegir boyfriend: vlahovic. 🤣🤣
