Giornale: Milan have offered €100m package to keep Donnarumma – PSG out of the race

AC Milan will have to make a major financial commitment to keep Gianluigi Donnarumma, an amount that has caused PSG to drop out of the race.

According to this morning’s edition of il Giornale (via MilanNews), Milan want to hold on to Donnarumma and are willing to offer a sizeable package in order to convince him to stay. The club have put forward a five-year contract at €8m net per season (€16m gross) and when factoring in the commission that would be taken by Mino Raiola, for the Rossoneri club it would be an operation worth almost €100m.

The economic crisis after Covid continues to affect virtually every team and this even extends to the seemingly cash-rich Paris Saint-Germain. For this reason, Leonardo – the sporting director of the Parisian club – has already informed the Rossoneri director Paolo Maldini that he does not intend to join the race to land the Italy international.
