Giornale: Pioli thinking of giving Vasquez his Milan debut against Torino

AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli could given Devis Vasquez his first team debut tomorrow night against Torino, according to a report.

According to Il Giornale (via MilanNews) this morning, there could be an important change in Milan’s starting line-up for the game against Ivan Juric’s side as the Rossoneri look to make the last 16 of the Coppa Italia.

Pioli is in fact thinking of starting Devis Vasquez in net over Ciprian Tatarusanu or Antonio Mirante, as he wants to see what kind of security the Colombian goalkeeper can give to the Milan defence.

Tatarusanu has been the deputy to Mike Maignan up until this point but the general consensus is that he struggles to offer the same guarantees as the Frenchman, so the game against Torino will give Pioli a chance to see what the new signing can do and if he is a better option moving forward.
