Sky: Final green light missing for Milan midfielder to complete deadline day move

By Oliver Fisher -

It looked as though Tiemoue Bakayoko would finally be leaving AC Milan as reports spread that a move to Cremonese was on the cards, but rather predictably things have slowed down.

According to Di Marzio (via MilanNews), Bakayoko is convinced by the idea of joining Cremonese as he wants to stay in Serie A and would prefer to move there until June than stay at Milan where he is yet to play a game this season.

The negotiation has slowed down however, because Cremonese’s president Arvedi has not yet given the definitive green light to complete the operation, which perhaps suggests he has some concerns about it.

  1. OMG it is obvious bureaucracy is killing the Milan management. Every deal takes forever. Every deal needs approval from the very top. This is not the way to run a club.

    1. Baka is the one stalling on every transfer idea. Nothing M&M or anyone else can do as they cannot force him out. They’ve tried “you don’t get to play”-card but it had no effect on that lazy SOB

      1. I’m talking about every decision when it comes to the market. This is absurd. Renewals, transfers, and player sales etc. It’s ridiculous. Even scouting department needs a revamp. Mid table teams are scouting and getting players with better potential, where Milan is scouting players from Papa New Guinea and Comoros! (Exaggerating) but almost true.

        1. The scouting department is just fine. Its one of the best.
The issue is that the people in charge are not listening to the scouts.
As the examples of Enzo and Kolo Muani have shown us.
Moncada scouted, recommended both of those players. M&M decided to go in different direction with Renato Sanches and Origi

  2. Where the F is Z. That fool knows how easy it is to sell players. Milan should call him and he’ll get bakayoko out the door in no time. He’ll also get 10 million for Rebic and 5 for messias. Z would also be able to sign a proper RW for 30 and work his financial magic to prevent more FFP sanctions. If only Z were our sporting director Milan would be undefeated and have already won ten trophies by now.
