AC Milan are looking to complete the signing of a striker soon, and it seems the man of the moment is Conrad Harder.
In the past few days, the idea of Milan signing Harder has grown, and this is largely due to Victor Boniface failing his medical assurance check. So, the Rossoneri met with the Dane’s agent yesterday, and things have accelerated.

As Gazzetta dello Sport write, as seen below, the club are experiencing a ‘goal crisis’ which needs immediate treatment, given Santiago Gimenez has shown he cannot be what is needed.
Harder arrives
The Danish striker has ‘great potential’ and whilst his record for Sporting is not fantastic – 12 goals in 51 games – he has only been with the club since 2024, and has played a largely back-up role in that time.
This season, he has one goal already, though again, he is playing as the second string. It is a very RedBird-esque move, all things considered; young with good potential, both on the pitch and in the mercato.
Other options
Whilst a deal for Harder is not done, and perhaps after it is, the club will continue to assess their options. Whilst Dusan Vlahovic is getting further away, he is still in the picture, as are Nicolas Jackson and Tolu Arokodare.
The latter would, perhaps, be the easiest to acquire, but it would not be an easy task in itself. Especially with him not being as well looked at this summer. Whereas someone like Vlahovic has been pleaded for all summer.
Not sure if they understood right Allegri, when he said they must try harder to finish a deal for the striker position…

And then he gave the striker options of Boniface who NOBODY ELSE WANTED for obvious reasons and Harder, a kid fit for Rennes. This is the magic? He is completely out of his depth, this is not Lazio. He will keep the job as he will finish the window with a profit, but realistically this is what you are celebrating? The only one out of his depth, as usual, is you. Tare got in 7 players and moved on 19. He’s done a phenomenal job. Turning a profit is not a crime. It’s the sign of a successful club. It’s week one with a new coach. Stop being a child.

Help in defense is obvious as is a better striking option. And as of last game our midfield is not as deep in quality as we thought 🙂 So yea, Tare has work to do and the window will close soon.
I agree about the defense. Gabbia and specially Pavlovic aren’t that convincing either. For the midfield, they should have sold Musah and buy Javi Gerria from Valencia. Hopefully Adli can be our unsong hero in the midfield or some academic graduate
People saying he is a magician or that the window was phenomenal are delusional. If we get a striker that is good enough and a proper defender with experience I will agree. Without this it is 5 out of 10 rating. Average.

IF it’s to make $$ for your investors then yes it’s a success
If it’s to WIN TITLES then it’s a failure

You cannot sell and bring in 10-15 players every year and think you’re going to win titles. NO team has done that. But I guess that is the Redbird way – sell for profit and just be competitive. Titles cost big $$$ and we won’t spend it

You guys need to stop being so critical for once. Management play the waiting game with Dusan because of fee and salary and the gamble didn’t pay off. Because relationship with Juve was bad. But Tudor likes him and Vlahovic doesn’t want to let go of his Salary making matters more difficult. Would you pay Vlahovic 12 mil per season plus 20 to 30 mil on transfers excluding bonuses and agents fees? They gamble and it back fired. If Ramus wasn’t haggling we would have had him.
That is the problem. The idea of the magician was to wait for Vlahovic but without money. Of go for Boniface nobody wanted (I guess it was obvious) or Harder, an unproven kid. How is that good? Allegri said in June he wants a striker, Tare comes out with an interview confirming that and what does he do?
He haggles for Jashari for 2 months instead in focusing what Allegri asked. We know for a fact that was Tare pushing to get him, Allegri not really. In a proper club he would be fired if he doesn’t complete the team and someone serious would be brought. Of course, he has another week so let’s see…
