Jens Petter Hauge never really hit the levels that AC Milan hoped for, but the Norwegian winger still keeps the club close to his heart.
After leaving Milan, the young winger has gone on to have a pretty decent interesting career. Of course, the initial hopes were that he would be a key figure for the Rossoneri for years to come, but his 18 appearances in Serie A summarise how far that unfortunately went.

After time with Frankfurt and Gent, the now 26-year-old has settled back home in Norway, playing for hometown club Bodo Gimt and being a big part of their recent successes. This season, he has scored five goals in nine Champions League appearances, with the latest coming against Inter.
Hauge’s words
When playing for the Rossoneri, he was on the bench for both games against the Nerazzurri, and he hopes to make his first appearance against them at San Siro in the next leg, where Bodo take a 3-1 lead.
Following the game, he spoke to Prime Video about his performance, as MilanNews relays.
“It was my first match against Inter, it was very emotional for us. It’s always nice to score. The derby always has a special meaning.”

I think he was mismanaged by Pioli, who took away his confidence.
He doesn’t lack quality, he’s just shy and introverted.
He’s indeed a good scorer and dribbler, it’s just he can’t keep up that same ryhthm with his first touch on the ball thus losing possesion back then in our club.
