CorVerona: Hellas Verona want €20m for playmaker with Milan among clubs interested

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan have once again been credited with interest in Hellas Verona’s star playmaker Antonin Barak by the local media.

Barak is having a great season with Verona given that he has 10 goals and 4 assists in 25 games in Serie A and he has attracted the attention of several Italian and foreign clubs, according to Corriere di Verona (via MilanNews).

In Italy it is Milan, Napoli, Inter and Atalanta that like him him the most, but there are also English and German clubs keen on landing him. Verona are sensing a potential auction and for that reason they have set a valuation of at least €20m.

If he continues in such excellent form then it cannot be ruled out that his price goes up even further between now and the summer given that he is entering his prime years at 27 and continues to show his quality and versatility under head coach Igor Tudor.
