AC Milan have agreed a deal to sign Andrej Kostić from Partizan Belgrade, and the striker has arrived for his medical.

Milan have been linked with Kostic extensively during recent months and hoped to land him in the winter mercato, but then things went quiet. That was until last night, when our colleague Luca Maninetti broke the news that the Rossoneri have got the operation over the line.

Fabrizio Romano confirmed the news on X last night: “AC Milan have agreed deal to sign Andrej Kostić from Partizan Belgrade on permanent deal. 19 year old talented striker was wanted by several clubs but AC Milan agreed a deal today. Kostić, now in Milan for medical on Sunday as Luca Maninetti reports. Deal sealed.”

Indeed, as the video below shows, Kostic has arrived at the La Madonnina clinic in Milan for a medical this morning. According to MilanNews, Milan reached a definitive agreement with the Serbian club for €3m and the teenager will sign a three-year deal.

Kostic will not formally join the club until the summer given that the window is not open. It is also written that he will initially be a part of Milan Futuro, with the hopes of quickly becoming a first team regular.

    1. It’s a low risk deal. 3M for a prospect, especially a striker, is peanuts for a club like Milan. The likelihood of him becoming a starting caliber striker isn’t high, though. Although the futuro project is new, we have yet to see a player come out of that team and be successful at the senior level for Ac Milan.

  1. Another talent for Milan to kill. Because Allegri doesn’t look like someone who is willing to grow talents.

  2. 3m is low risk, UCL exp (unlike Lazetic) & finaly we can say F*off to those Brazilian president who put 30m for unexp kid
