Theo Hernandez will reach an important milestone for Milan against Udinese

By Isak Möller -

Theo Hernandez arrived from Real Madrid in the summer of 2019 and has since been a key player for AC Milan. Lately, he has also impressed with the French national team and his quality is undeniable.

Paolo Maldini managed to snatch the left-back for just €20m, seeing something in the player that perhaps others didn’t. Of course, as a former left-back himself, the technical director of the Rossoneri knows what it takes for that position.

Tonight, as Milan will face Udinese away from home, Hernandez is expected to make his 100th appearance for the club in all appearances. It’s an important milestone that will be rewarded by the club management eventually.

In 99 games, he has scored 16 goals and assisted an additional 18 goals. Very good numbers for a left-back and it’s clear that he’s a key player for Milan in the attacking phase. Hopefully, he can celebrate with a win this evening.
