Theo Hernandez is, without a doubt, one of AC Milan’s next players and although his contract will expire in 2024, the Rossoneri are working on a renewal. And the new deal includes a hefty pay raise.
As reported by MilanNews, Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara have tabled an offer worth €4m per year, excluding bonuses. Considering that the left-back currently earns €1.5m, it’s certainly a huge step up for him.
The new deadline of the contract would be 2026 and Manuel Garcia Quilon, Theo’s agent, has received the offer in full. Per the report, Milan can expect to receive a response – or a counteroffer – in the coming weeks.
It would be surprising if the answer is anything other than ‘yes’, or if a potential counteroffer differs a lot from the original one. Having said that, Milan have struggled with renewals in the last few years and the fans wouldn’t be super surprised if it were to happen again.

Yeah, Donnarumma is very happy with the move he made. Money grabbers deserve no bitter. The only winners in these deals are the agents.
