The final details just need to be agreed upon for Theo Hernandez to leave AC Milan this summer, and the figures are being clarified.
Last night, it was reported that Theo’s exit is nearly done. He has said yes to a move, after extensive contact with Simone Inzaghi, and now his time with Milan is heading towards a sad, but lucrative exit.
Considering his contract expires next summer, getting the ‘right’ value is difficult, with the Rossoneri not really having any strength in their position. But, it seems they have managed to get themselves a deal.
Agreement found
Going back to those reports from yesterday, the ball-park figure attached to reports was around the €30 million mark, including bonuses, which was what our colleague Luca Maninetti revealed. Today, Gianluca Di Marzio has attempted to further clarify the situation on his website, as MilanNews relay.
“Agreement already reached between Theo Hernandez and Al Hilal, contacts between Milan and the Arab club are also continuing quickly. The parties are working to define the final details regarding the transfer: there is a basic agreement around 25 million euros plus bonuses.”
Considering Maxim De Cuyper and Oleksandr Zinchenko are both valued at €20m, the money should be reinvested rather quickly.
Reinvested rather quickly? Like the funds for Tijjani? Nah ..they will first send an insulting value, something they would reject if they were offered. Then they would drag over issues till it’s too late and another club snaps him up? You sell theo in the last year of his contract for 25m plus. The other clubs know that too and ask for a huge chunk of those funds. You either cough it up or walk away
Exactly Lexington, but unfortunately it is Furlani running the club, and he is cheap and indecesive and incompetent
Reinvested in less quality that’s more expensive…
1 s t fckup my Tare IMO
Our club is run by an incompetent idiot – Furlani
Not much else to say.
Disgraceful
Theo: 5 goals, 6 assists and 4000 minutes played in his worst season for us.
Good luck reinvesting in something similar. Zinchenko is injury prone and will play less than 2000 minutes per year.
Bartesaghi is the young gamble if Allegri can develop him.
Zinchenko to join another PL side Fulham mostly, this management can’t get even Zinchenko.
Just skip invest in left back let Bartesaghi and jimenez play there its good enough and get 1 good RB instead and 1 really good CB not a young boy but a solid one thats what we need. Then also if Ricci and Modric comes we are good to go and should take top 4 with this team on paper atleast!
