Today, Zlatan Ibrahimovic returned to the AC Milan training ground to see the squad and the new head coach, Ruben Amorim.
Ibrahimovic remains a polarising figure. Unfortunately, the good times of his playing days have been watered down by events since his return to the club in the eyes of some fans. Now it seems his role is changing, if it has not already changed.

There have been suggestions that he’s now in a more commercially driven role, so this would make his lack of visibility at the club more understandable. However, nothing has really been confirmed.
Ibrahimovic back at Milanello
According to Sky, via MilanNews, the Swede was back at Milanello this morning for the first time in six months. Nothing major really occurred, but he greeted the squad – and the new manager – whilst also staying to watch the training session.

He’s already departed for the day, but the question is now whether he’ll be back at San Siro for the game against Benfica on Wednesday night. It seems he didn’t host another meeting with the squad – such as the ones which he held last season – but that’s not necessarily a bad thing.
We’ll have to see if the former striker becomes more visible again, but a first visit to Milanello in six months is not a bad thing, it must be said.

I always felt that Ibra was made into the bogey man by Allegri’s allies. I’m not saying he’s perfect, but he clearly didn’t want Allegri as a manager. Interesting that watching Napoli yesterday they were a bit more aggressive offensively with wingers and at time four players in the box.
How about another 6 months? Nobody actually needs this guy around Milan.
In Ibra We Trust
Trouble has come back
He is great! I dont understand why people takes out their frustration against Ibra? He is a Milan legend!! Last 2 scudettos we won was with (and to be frank because off) Zlatan.
And after how popular he got after his antics in world cup i bet he is an awesome money machine for Milan still.
Show some respect fools.
All these guys drank Allegri Coolaid. He was against him in the first place and time has shown us that he was right. Amorim is a smart guy and will use Ibra to his advantage. Only a fool can thin that Ibra is not useful. Who on earth pays a guy just to be around, think about it? Let alone an American corporate owner
For me he is a traitor. You can dislike a coach, but telling other players, that for Allegri they are not in his plans… only because he had a argument with him…that hurts the morale and hurts the dressing room. That hurts the team. He was a legend, but now he is an ego driven traitor.
