In the past 18 months, Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been regularly criticised. However, he has shown his worth to AC Milan this summer.
There is a debate to be had about Ibrahimovic, his role at Milan and the need for it. Of course, there are a lot of negatives here. Though, this summer, there have also been some positives to getting deals done.

The Swede has taken a back seat, handling less ‘front-of-house’ responsibilities and working in the background to restore the Rossoneri; a typically un-Zlatan-like position, indeed. It seems to be working, though.
Ibra’s impact
As HLN reports, the Swede played a big part in the move for Jashari happening. The Belgian outlet, as MilanNews relays, state that Ibra actually called Jashari directly during the stalemate to reassure him of the project and outline his part in it.
With this, Jashari became more comfortable comitting himself to the club, as you would imagine after such a call. Already a dream move before the call from the former striker, the call seems to have been ‘crucial’ to further the pressure on the situation, with the Swissman only reaffirming his desire to the Diavolo.

A deal was finalised for €37 million, including bonuses, and though Ibrahimovic did not do anything publicly like others, he was still a big part in the deal. A welcomed outcome, indeed.

Ibra is a very important man in world football. Forza Ibrahimovic ❤🖤
Please, don’t do this.
Ibra is no good.
He’s a clown.
That call was made by Maldini, without him, Milan cannot exist and I will boycott the club, stop watching matches, and stop supporting the club.
#IbraOut!
Don’t expose them bro🤣🤣, “Maldini took us to UCL semis and won scudetto while Pioli took us to 5th” set of people
You know they were both at Milan when the Scudetto was won? I doubt it.
Example, John here doesn’t even know which owner brought the last Scudetto to Milan while being sarcastic trying to ridicule someone? Doesn’t go together man.
John is a redbird fan, doubt he is a Milan fan🤣🤣
So, you being a Maldini fan disqualifies you from being a Milan fan… listen to yourself.
Let me agree without conceding that I’m a Redbird fan, I never supported them until they became Milan owners right?
This should tell you that I’m too attached to the Red and Black colours to let any individual or ownership make me boycott my darling club.
For you guys to even consider boycotting the club because of Redbird shows the shallowness of the depth of your club loyalty.
I have witnessed 4 Milan ownership in my lifetime, and none of them deserve me boycotting the club, no matter how good or bad they perform, my loyalty will always outlive their tenures.
Just in case you forgot, I am still #MilanTillTheForkingCasket!
Geese buddy, you ain’t got no idea.
Shut up dont talk shit about Ibra
You haven’t been following Denzo.
In the God clan, I and Ibra eat sarcasm for dessert.
How was that black panther my dear John?? or where was Ibra when our season went to sh*it last season?? Let me clarify it for u, he was hiding like a pu**y. I love Ibra the player but as a manager he is basically a one big nothing…. don’t compare Maldini legacy with Ibra at Milan, I don’t think that is even worth discussing if u know something about Milan at all
I wish I could descend to your level, unfortunately not.
Continue to like your wasted life over the internet, but quit drugs, it’s bad for you.
Give it a rest, you muppet.
You know you wouldn’t say that to me to my face, don’t let the internet deceive you son.
Come on, show Daddy some respect.
Now please call Leoni or Comuzzo to convince them to join us.
What do you mean called him? I thought Ibra is the boss? That his is last? He said so publicly. Maybe if he wasn’t clowning around with stupid statements more people would take him seriously.
Or maybe he doesn’t care what a fool like you thinks of him. Every footballer takes Zlatan seriously. He brought this club it’s last 2 Scudettos, while the 10 years in between they couldn’t win anything without him. Show respect when you talk about him.
I can tell u have been a fan since 2010 since u think Ibra is a God at Ac Milan
Reportedly, Jashari is a Milan fan who attend Milan UCL game during Ibra’s first stint.
Stupid statements may be intentional to draw the scrunity toward him instead of the squad.
And please call Vlahovic and Rasmus Hojlund to join us also persuade them to cut their **** off. Then we could wrap up the mercato asap, so Allergic can have time to unite new roosters in the last preseason match.
I call bullshit.
Milan doing PR on Zebrahimovic now because they realized he was a shit manager all of the last season.
You ain’t tricking us Gerry, come collect your fraud.
There is a great difference between phone call from Furlani and phone call from legends such as Maldini or Ibra.
