Tuttosport: Ibrahimovic undecided on future with talks planned – Investcorp’s stance emerges

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are set to change ownership in the coming weeks but Zlatan Ibrahimovic could remain at the club, according to a report.

According to Tuttosport (via MilanLive), Ibrahimovic has not yet made a decision on his future but the arrival of Investcorp does not change much because the Bahrain fund would be happy to see the Swede – who is one of the most loved players in the Middle East – stay with the Rossoneri.

The paper claims that Zlatan is considered an important figure to start with and Investcorp could therefore decide to convince him to stay another season. Despite this, only Ibrahimovic will choose together with Stefano Pioli, Paolo Maldini, Ivan Gazidis and Frederic Massara, who have let him make his own call.

The management aware of the fact that the 40-year-old can still play an important role in the dressing room but it is still too early to make a call because of the many physical problems that have affected the season and raised doubts.

His head is currently on the end of the current season and the opportunity to be able to triumph again. Ibrahimovic wants to leave his mark and write another important page in his history, and then he will reflect.
