The Italian coach is on his way to winning another Scudetto, making the sour taste from last summer that much more bitter. However, the feeling still remains from the large majority of the fans, they want Conte to lead the Rossoneri, if it were to become possible.
His position in Naples is constantly a topic of scrutiny, and it seems that a departure this summer is not to be written off, but TMW director Niccolo Ceccarini has stated that it is not an easy move to make, when speaking to Milan News this afternoon.

Conte can only coach one competition per year, and it’s definitely not a European competition. In majority of the years he couldn’t even get his teams out of the group stages.
Conte has not won a UCL knockout game in 12 years and counting.
Anyone who thinks that he would be good in Europe is delusional.
Conte lacks the maturity, temperament and patience to last in a job for more than 2 seasons…

Ancelotti has already peaked, he’s past his prime and is on a downward trajectory like Mourinho. I don’t see him offering much more.(No disrespect to him as a coach)
Conte. Ancelotti has around 700 games managed in Serie A and he has won 1 title. So with one of the best Milan teams ever he couldn’t win Serie A twice…Milan is not even in CL so no point in getting Ancelotti, that is the competition he was great at with his teams.
