It cannot be ruled out that Gianluigi Donnarumma and Gianluigi Buffon are team-mates next season, but at AC Milan and not Juventus.
According to Il Giorno (via MilanPress), Buffon ‘could surprise everyone by joining Milan’ this summer having announced his decision to leave Juventus. The World Cup winner is now faced with a crossroads: either hang up his boots at the age of 43 or try a new and probably final experience.
Of course Buffon brings charisma, leadership and the knowledge of how to win, while Milan are aiming to be a young team which is mentored by prestigious figures of experience in the squad. It is now clear that Donnarumma’s stay in the Rossoneri depends on securing a return to the Champions League.
Milan are getting closer to the target, and this is facilitating the operation, also because the 22-year-old has strongly reiterated his will to stay. If the arrival of an idol like Gigi Buffon were to materialise, it would complete the department. There are other factors to consider however, such as possible salary requests.

Buffon is going abroad. Him joining us (or any Seria A side) would be more frowned up than Donnarumma joining Juve + it would make no sense
It would be not serious of Milan to bring in Buffon. The man is 43 years old and I watched his game is very slow and he can no longer defend. Milan should focus on new talented young players. A new era of new stars is coming and Milan needs to take care of that in order to make happy those who pay for it, us fans

Wouldnt mind him as a substitute and gigio would benefit from it regardless of his age but yeah i doubt it but when juventus was relegated he said that the only italian club he would join at that point was ac milan. Anyways i agree that this would not go down well with juventus fans but that just make me want it more 😀
