AC Milan have reportedly reached an agreement with Lazio over the signing of midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.
According to a report from Il Sole 24 ORE, the Rossoneri have found a meeting point with Lazio over the Serbia star after negotiations.
The formula of the deal is very similar to the one which has been rumoured in the media recently: a loan of €40million plus a right to buy next summer.
The report alludes to the fact that Elliott Management – the new outright owners of Milan – want to demonstrate their commitment to rebuilding the club, with this being the ideal statement signing to do so.
La Gazzetta Dello Sport recently claimed that Milinkovic-Savic is indeed a dream of AC Milan, and not just some reports sparked on Twitter.
In fact, the Rossoneri have already presented an offer to Lazio, which was rejected by president Lotito, though Solo 24 ORE now believe an agreement has been reached.
