An important weekend awaits AC Milan as the first team needs to bounce back with three points, while the Futuro and the Primavera will be looking to finish the season off nicely.
The defeat against Udinese left a sour taste as Milan were roped back into the top-four race, having sat so comfortably in second place before. Como’s defeat gave the Rossoneri some breathing room, but it’s clear that the form will have to improve.

As for the Futuro and the Primavera, on the other hand, they are both in decent form and will be looking to finish the season off nicely. None of them are really in promotion territories, though, despite the Futuro likely to secure promotion play-offs (something we have explained at length).
Schedule for the weekend
This weekend’s games are spread out across Saturday and Sunday, with the Primavera kicking us off against Sassuolo tomorrow. It’s a game that Giovanni Renna’s boys really should win to leave the relegation threat behind them, also because the Neroverdi are below them in the table.
The Futuro and the first team will then play at the same time on Sunday, so most eyes will likely be on the latter. Indeed, the game against Verona is absolutely crucial and Massimiliano Allegri is hoping that reverting to the 3-5-2 will help.
