AC Milan defender Theo Hernandez has attracted the interest of another top European side in view of the summer transfer window, according to a journalist.
Theo has established himself as one of the best full-backs in the world since his arrival at Milan from Real Madrid nearly five years ago, and there continues to be a lot of speculation about his future.
As we highlighted in a recent analysis of his situation, the Milan management for their part do not intend to give any discounts and will not ask for less than €100m for Theo, who they consider to be among the best if not the best player in his role.
According to what is being reported by Alessandro Jacobone, Manchester City have now joined the race to sign Theo ahead of next season, with the Premier League champions set to rival Bayern Munich who have been linked for weeks now given the potential departure of Alphonso Davies.
The journalist adds that the player’s personal wishes will be crucial in the event that things become concrete and he ends up with an €8-9m net per season contract offer in front of him, something a club like City are able to offer.
