CorSport: January decisive for Milan pursuit of Spezia defender

By Euan Burns -

January is set to be a decisive month for the future of Spezia defender Jakub Kiwior who is a transfer target for AC Milan and many other teams, a report claims.

As has been reported by Corriere dello Sport (via Milan News), the Rossoneri are one of multiple big Serie A clubs that are keen to sign the Polish defender and a move cannot be ruled out in January.

Even if he is not signed in January, clubs will be working hard to block him for the summer whilst a deal is worked on with Spezia.

The Ligurian side are believed to be asking for a transfer fee of around €20 million for the player that was impressive during the World Cup in Qatar.

The clubs fighting for the defender are Milan, Juventus, AS Roma, Napoli, Borussia Dortmund and some other Premier League clubs too, meaning the competition is very fierce to add him to the squad.
