Jashari: The mystery
It’s not easy being Jashari, as Calciomercato.com writes today, given he has struggled since making the switch from Belgium to Italy. He was injured before the summer window closed, and now he is still trying to return to his previous levels.
The fact that he sits behind one of the best midfielders of all time in the squad also does not help, as chances are limited. As a result, finding rhythm is a struggle, and against Fiorentina it showed a little bit.
He has made six appearances so far for his new club, without really convincing, but Igli Tare remains a big fan. Before this weekend’s game, he stated that he would be a big player in the future, so he cannot be written off yet.

Some players lack the personality to play for big clubs. As we saw with CDK for example. Remember, Salah and KDB tanked when they went to Chelsea, it’s after that they rebuilt their careers. With this management we know he has 18 months left at most.
I’m sure the fact that he’s in a new league, after a broken leg and behind a Ballon D’or winner in the pecking order has nothing to do with his limited minutes…
Facts. He is a good player who is coming back from a broken leg. I believe he has the personality to succeed in this team. He is strong and poised. He will find his groove.

Salah and KDB didn’t tank when they were at Chelsea. They were young players who didn’t get much playing time.
Also, the personality was never an issue because they turned out to be 2 of the best players of their generation playing for big clubs.
Jashari has barely played for Milan because of a broken leg but somehow he doesn’t have the personality to play for a big team.

I wonder if him struggling has ANYTHING to do with him missing the entire pre-season due to stressful soap drama during the summer, coming to a much different and much more difficult league, breaking his fibula and playing less than a total of 300 minutes so far and having to start alongside players like Loftus-Cheek, Ricci & Estupiñán and in a different midfield setup each time.

That’s the other thing we should consider. The midfield without Modric is one thing, without both Modric and Rabiot is another thing. Rlc and Fofana each have had their games playing alongside Modric and Rabiot- the team’s best two midfielders.
I bet Jashari/Ricci Modric Rabiot midfield wouldn’t expose as much weaknesses of Jashari/Ricci.
Not right now as Jashari probably doesn’t deserve a quick return to the lineup but at some point play him next to Modric as the two deep playmakers with Rabiot in the Fofana role playing more advanced.
And I mean giving someone a chance doesn’t mean playing him once every now and then and in unfavorable conditions.
* RLc and Fofana have had their best games playing alongside Modric and Rabiot.
Media is always quick to jump on players. Allow the guy time to adapt properly before write-ups like this. It is unnecessary pressure on the players. He hasn’t been below par in the matches, he just needs the time to adjust to the league.

Dude has barely had constant play time and he is adjudged to be a flop 😂😂😂.
He has actually looked decent to be honest I don’t know if the media is judging him on a Modric level performance.
Give the dude playing time and consistency and he’d deliver.

I won’t put too much into his potentials by not performing well in this system of play. Other setups and tactics suit his characteristics playing style better
