Ardon Jashari has made it clear he only wants to join AC Milan this summer, but the club must raise their offer to Club Brugge.

Over the past few days, several sources have reported that Jashari has his heart set on a move to Milan, but there was a disagreement between Belgian and Italian sources regarding how close the clubs were over the transfer fee.

What is clear though is that if the Rossoneri want the Swiss international then they will have to sign off a large investment. He seems to be the chosen one to complete the midfield, with Luka Modric and Samuele Ricci expected to arrive imminently.

Jashari wants Milan only

Now, an update has come from Fabrizio Romano. The journalist states: “Understand Ardon Jashari is not negotiating with other clubs at this stage: he wants to join AC Milan.

“He’s decided and convinced by AC Milan as ideal destination for future. Current proposal worth €30m plus add-ons, not enough as Club Brugge want more. Up to the club.”

Sacha Tavolieri reported over the weekend that Borussia Dortmund had reignited their pursuit of the 22-year-old but that they are behind Milan. Now, another effort will be needed to try unlock the key final part.

  1. 55M without any bonuses for both Jashari and MdC + resale upto 10% on each

get Dodo for 20M under Fiorentina and our biggest weaknesses from previous season are fixed…

  2. maximum 25m if he want join then ok,if not he can go at others. He dont worth more, what club want or some else nothing have with football

  3. I would offer 35 mln. He is a Milan fan, and could fit well with Ricci. In a year or two he will be worth 50+ mln. It is better to spend a bit more and get quality, instead of saving some money and buying another likely failure.

  4. I hate Brugge but we can’t say the players they have aren’t good. Without cdk Atalanta won’t have won the Europa League. I haven’t watched the player although I have heard mostly good things from others .I don’t think he is just some bum from the Belgian league he is a 22 year old defensive midfielder who is the MVP of the Belgian league. I’m inclined to believe usually if a DM wins MVP of the league they are the real deal. Point is if tare/allegri really believe in the player fork out that extra million and get him over the line we can’t keep going after 2nd choices wether he flops or not is another thing, but as we’ve all seen cutting corners will only lead to the same season as the last.

    1. He is not a DM, or at least not now. The DM of brugge is Onyedika, which is a pure positional defensive DM. In Brugee he plays in a 2 man midfield. In a 3 man midfield I think Jashari would fit better as a n8.

      1. fair

Jashari – Ricci – Fofana (most common)

        or

Jashari – Fofana – Ricci (if Fofana needs to be a bit more deep playing passer)

makes a bit more sense than using Tiji-esque N8 for CDM
