Some rather significant news has come on Friday regarding Ardon Jashari, as he is trying to force a move to AC Milan from Club Brugge.
With Luka Modric having been all but officially announced, the next midfielder through the door should be Samuele Ricci. Several reports confirmed that Milan are very close to agreeing a deal worth €22m plus €3m in bonuses with Torino, with it just being a matter of time.

However, Modric and Ricci will not be enough to complete the department and – after more speculation about Granit Xhaka earlier today – there is now a significant development on the Jashari front too.
Jashari wants Milan move
We start with an update from Matteo Moretto on his X account, who states: “Ardon Jashari has informed Club Brugge that his desire is to go to Milan.”
His colleague Fabrizio Romano adds: “Ardon Jashari has informed Club Brugge about his desire to join AC Milan with two proposals already rejected. No club to club agreement yet as Club Brugge want more than €27m plus €5m last bid.”

Sacha Tavolieri of Sky Switzerland has also published some news: “Igli Tare is travelling today to Belgium in order to meet Club Brugge officials for Ardon Jashari. Tare’s expected for a meeting session this evening in Brussels in order to find an agreement close to €35m + bonus. Jashari wants to be a Milan player.”
Whether the player putting in a transfer request will soften or harden Brugge’s negotiating stance remains to be seen, but it does feel like this particular transfer story is following the same path that Charles De Ketelaere’s did.

Yes and what did we learn from the CDK experience……Brugge players are not ready for Serie A. (at least not right away, they need time to adjust)
Don’t get me wrong i think Jashari will fare better than CDK at Milan. He will have Max to learn from….
The problem with CDK is that Milan used him wrong. He’s a 2nd striker or left winger not an Attacking midfielder.
For example, Okafor is mainly a 2nd striker. Not a left winger.
Before Tare arrived Milan management was signing players for roles they didn’t fit. With Tare now as SD he will sign players for the positions that they want instead putting square pegs in round holes like the previous management did.
Not only that, but he also regressed this past season. Decent player, but one that was worth 20-25M from Brugge, not 35M. But hey, it happens. A player has an excellent season somewhere, and wealthier clubs from wealthier leagues come around and pay high prices because they’re always looking for the next best thing. Ex. A – Tijjani Reijnders.
Luckily he can spend first season learning from Fofana and Ricci (and Modric) who I assume will be the starters initially, with Jashari, Bondo and R-L-C as substitutes.
The competition in the midfield will be fierce thou if we indeed land both Ricci and Jashari
‘Yes and what did we learn from the CDK experience…’
That no two players are the same and just because one struggled is no indication whatsoever that the other will?
Imagine a player wanting to join Milan, if you listen to people here its the worst option for every player lmao
I think some of this is the Allegri effect. Say what you will about his style, but we now have a serious coach. Not only is the Milan shirt still significant, but players want to play for a coach like Allegri, as opposed to a Fonseca. Credit to Tare for moving quickly on his appointment, given the options available, and other club’s empty benches.
While he is an interesting player, I am wondering why not also use our interesting and talented players: Liberali, Camarda, etc. Is it too hard for Milan to give them chances?
Damn,
I feel I’m reading the same story with CDK all over again, and with the same amount mind you.
When you see CdK play it is obvious that he has limitations. Only Maldini and some Milan fans could not see that.
Jashari is another thing. He is ready to become a midfield beast, the Vitinha type of player. 35 mln for him is a very good buy.
To be honest, i haven’t seen the guy in action or yeah the ones when they played against Milan in the CL, but didn’t get my attention (that was De Cuyper). But i don’t get it why people are seeing him as a CDK situation. I mean, they play two different positions and CDK wasn’t used right as well. He wasn’t comfortable with himself
Because most on here are stupid or just want to complain about everything. “CDK came from Brugge and was a failure, therefor any player that comes from Brugge will be a failure”. Meanwhile they are completely different players in different positions, not comparable at all.
Cdk a player without a real position. He is not a complete midfielder nor winger nor second striker. That is the truth. When I saw him before Milan bought him I was feeling the same. Milan get quite to the contact of valencia’s player I saw him so important and so differ in technic than other midfielders.he is a true attacking midfielder with skills.
Jashari is the best midfielder we can get i don’t care even if we pay 50ml
Jashari is good. Look at how he played against Milan. He is worth it.
