AC Milan have made their final offer to Hakan Calhanoglu but appear unable to match his salary demands, a journalist has claimed.
With his deal set to expire at the end of next month, many sources have reported that Calhanoglu’s time at Milan is all set to come to an end with no response having arrived to the offer currently on the table, plus nothing to suggest positive progress is being made towards an eventual agreement.
According to the latest from journalist Ekrem Konur, Milan have made a final offer to Calhanoglu and asked him to respond as soon as possible. However, the 27-year-old has apparently told sporting director Ricky Massara that he would not accept an offer which contains a salary of less than €5.5m net per season.
It seems as though Calhanoglu would not be short of suitors, as Manchester United, Arsenal and Juventus all have interest in signing the Turkey international.
