Journalist claims Milan are at work to secure triple raid on Chelsea – the names

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are working with Chelsea in a bid to secure three of their players ahead of the new season, according to a report.

In his latest editorial on Tuttomercatoweb, Luca Marchetti of Sky Italia and other outlets spoke about Milan’s market strategies with the summer window set to open in a few days. He reports that the Rossoneri continue to progress slowly with their targets, especially those owned by Chelsea.

Milan want striker Olivier Giroud to become the man to be Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s new deputy, Hakim Ziyech as the playmaker to replace Hakan Calhanoglu and Tiemoue Bakayoko as the fourth midfielder to take the spot vacated by Soualiho Meite.

We must understand if a package deal of sorts would help Milan get a better deal, especially given the excellent relations between the two clubs. In the meantime, confidence is growing regarding Tonali’s permanent stay after talks in recent days.
