Journalist claims Milan have inquired about Lille star to reinforce right-wing

Milan are always looking for opportunities on the market, and with Champions League qualification, they would have a bit more to spend this summer. In fact, they already have several names on their wish list.

According to Niccolo Ceccarini, in his latest piece for TuttoMercatoWeb, Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara have added Lille star Jonathan Ikone to their wish list. The 22-year-old would be a reinforcement for the right-wing position.

He played in both games against Milan in the Europa League, bagging one assist in the process. The Rossoneri have made the first requires with Lille, but the demands that are filtering from the French side are very high at the moment.

For the right-wing, Milan are also monitoring the situation of Florian Thauvin, whose contract with Marseille will expire at the end of the season. A great opportunity to land him on a free, per the journalist, as a renewal seems unlikely.
