AC Milan have been linked with Mehdi Taremi over the last few days but the problem is that they only have one non-EU slot left. Therefore, as a journalist claims, the Rossoneri are now working on another striker.
Milan used one of their two non-EU slots on the signing of Ruben Loftus-Cheek, meaning they have just one left. Taremi has been linked heavily with the club, as stated, but Samuel Chukwueze now seems to be the priority and only one can arrive.
As per Matteo Moretto, Taremi has never really been close to Milan due to the high demands of Porto. Furthermore, the Rossoneri are currently working on another striker that has an EU passport, but the name is yet to be revealed.
This all suggests that Milan indeed will make a final and important attempt for Chukwueze, who certainly will cost them over €20m. It remains to be seen which player the Rossoneri have targeted for the No.9 role.
If we get Chukweueze then I really dont see the need to get Top striker this season if Colombo does well in preseason.
I think Colombo need another one season to guarantee him a starter spot, so he can be more mature and have more experience. He’s good, but it will be a shame if he sit on the bench, so better we dry loan him, an expect him to be ready as a starter challanger next season
Even if Colombo scored a hattrick against all three giants in the friendlies, Milan wouldn’t keep him. They’ll loan him out and eventually sell him. Why? Because that’s the Milan way.
I’m favoring Lacazette right now, despite him being 32 and lacking a bit of height. He has a ridiculously good goal scoring record and we tend to do well with French players lol. And he would fit right in.
An interim until we can find a younger striker down the line. Lyon missed out on the CL and EL, so I don’t think demands will be huge.

We are going for Chukwueze, one of the best RWs available and then a striker. I was going to say maybe Dia but he had a surgery and his release clause expired. Maybe let’s try for Lacazette. I know he’s 32, but for now he might be a sure thing. Lyon missed out on the CL or EL, but he had a crazy good season.
Only issue people likely would bring up about Lacazette is yes his age. But he’s 1.75m so certainly not tall striker
