Nikola Vlasic appears to be digging his heels in while trying to force a move away from CSKA Moscow amid intense links with AC Milan.
According to Artur Petrosyan on Twitter, CSKA included Vlasic in the team for the last preseason friendly but he did not even join the players for a warm-up and stayed as an unused sub for the game, which has obviously caused a stir.
The journalist claimed that the 23-year-old playmaker has ‘once again made his intentions to leave clear’, so therefore it is up to the Moscow club to lower their demands and agree some kind of deal with Milan.
It comes after Tuttosport (via MilanLive) reported that Vlasic appears ever closer to Milan as he would be more than open to joining the Rossoneri and trying a new adventure and CSKA have opened to the possibility of exploring a deal structure with some kind of initial loan.
