Journalist claims Inter want Juventus star Dybala but Milan ‘also made an enquiry’

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan and Inter have both had exploratory talks with the entourage of Paulo Dybala as the forward will leave Juventus, according to one journalist.

According to what Marco Barzaghi of SportMediaset has told Calciomercato.it, there have been some ‘exploratory contacts’ with the player’s entourage from Inter director Beppe Marotta, a man who knows the Argentine well.

However, he adds that Milan ‘also made an enquiry for Dybala’ as the Rossoneri look to find a way to add quality to their attacking options without breaking the bank. We could well be heading for a market derby to land the 28-year-old therefore, if both clubs follow up on their interest.

Dybala has been a thorn in the side for both Milanese sides during his time in Serie A, having racked up 113 goals and 48 assists for the Bianconeri in 283 games across all competitions, and earning a reputation as being a nemesis to the Rossoneri from his Palermo days.

  1. You know, if we can get him for ~8m per year I say get him. It would solve RW and then some. Leao?Rebic – LW, Origi/Giroud/Ibra – ST, Dybala/Saladmaker – RW? Hmm.

  2. I think he is a Primadona, I don’t know if he would be good for us in AMC or just another Diaz. Rather bet on Adli. We should bring back Pobega also, sign an Italian LB (Cambiasso or Esposito), renew Romagnoli and focus on the right wing (Berardi/someone else). Sell Krunic to Fiorentina and Ballo-Toure, thank Messias but we need to move on and only if we let go Diaz we should get Dybala. Forget Origi, mediocre player. Bellotti any day over him!

      1. No doubt he is extremely talented. My point is if he will be performing constantly, in tune with this Milan’s spirit of sacrifice, without making troubles and complains.

  3. This would be a perfect fit, we do not need someone who is unproven and for the price it would be a bargain in the long run. Experienced in Serie A. As to fit in Milan, I would try him at the 10, as he distributes the ball effectively and surprisingly has strong powerful shots, or at RW as he tends to move to center of pitch anyway.
