Juventus star reveals he has learned a lot from ‘idol’ Ibrahimovic: “I asked him so many things”

Juventus star Dejan Kulusevski has branded compatriot Zlatan Ibrahimovic an ‘idol’ and revealed he has learned a lot from the striker.

Ibrahimovic made his return to the Swedish national team over the international break after an over four-year absence and instantly made his mark, registering two assists in the two appearances he amassed as they beat Georgia and Kosovo.

The hope of course is that Ibrahimovic returns to Milan feeling even more motivated and energised for the last 10 games of the season, which could see the Rossoneri mount a push for the title against their rivals Juventus and neighbours Inter.

At the end of the friendly match against Estonia, the Juventus winger Kulusevski spoke words of praise for Ibrahimovic on Swedish TV – with his comments transcribed by MilanNews – and admitted that having Ibra back in the fold has been very useful for him in gathering knowledge.

“It’s great to have him in the team. For us young players he has always been an idol, we grew up with him. I asked him so many things and he answers, he helps me, he helps us, he is a fantastic person. Zlatan has been so humble and kind all the time.”
