AC Milan are very happy with the development that Pierre Kalulu has made since his arrival and they want to reward him for his hard work, a report claims.
Kalulu has essentially become a symbol of the potential that Milan’s project has. The work of the scouting department has so far been bearing fruit and the young Frenchman is an example of this given that he arrived at Milan as somewhat of an unknown quantity from Lyon, having never made a senior appearances.
According to Tuttosport (via MilanNews), Milan have begun talks with Kalulu’s entourage to try and agree a renewal of his contract. The goal of the management is to extend the current agreement until 2026, doubling the salary of the 21-year-old.
The willingness of the parties to continue together is there and is very much mutual, which should be sealed by a gesture of faith from Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara.
