According to Mundo Deportivo (via SempreMilan.it), Franck Kessié has reached an agreement with Barcelona and he could well sign a pre-contract with the LaLiga giants that would come into effect from the start of July. The Blaugrana club would secure a player valued at around €50m on a free transfer, and would join a new project aimed at reviving their fortunes.
After Hakan Calhanoglu and Gianluigi Donnarumma decided to leave Milan on a free transfer, the exit of the Ivorian would be the third big name to leave without the club receiving a single penny in proceeds from a transfer fee.
Of course, the important thing then becomes who comes in to replace the 25-year-old, with plenty of suggestions that it is going to be Renato Sanches of Lille.
