Simon Kjaer will not be a part of AC Milan’s trip to face Bologna tomorrow as he will not leave with the rest of the squad, according to a report.
According to reports from Sky (via MilanNews), Milan will depart for Bologna this afternoon after the training session at Milanello, but Kjaer will not be on the train that will take the Rossoneri to the Reggio-Emilian capital.
However, it is not because of an injury problem but rather a choice from Stefano Pioli who will grant a rest to the 34-year-old Dane in view of Tuesday night’s Champions League quarter-final second leg against Napoli.
Aside from that, Sky claim that Pioli is also aware that he has four other central defenders available at his disposal for the game at the Stadio Renato Dall’Ara tomorrow afternoon in Pierre Kalulu, Malick Thiaw, Fikayo Tomori and Matteo Gabbia, so there is no need to risk Kjaer..
Good! I trust God that with simon kjear as our defender,Milan will win champions league.Pioli should always use him in the remaining champions league matches if he wants to win champions league.Other good players pioli should always make use of if they fit are Leao, diaz, krunic, theo, tonali, bennacer and magic mike.i prayed that none of these will be injured at this critical period.
Great thought. The availability of Gabbia and kalulu should be trusted. Luca Antonini and zambrota were there when chance was given to IGNAZIO ABATE. THEY CAN DO IT.
