La Nazione: Fiorentina set €35m asking price for major Milan target – swap deal possible

By Oliver Fisher -

Fiorentina have set their asking price for defender Nikola Milenkovic as AC Milan continue to circle, according to a report.

Milenkovic has been repeatedly linked with a move to Milan over the last few weeks as the Rossoneri look to give Alessio Romagnoli a reliable long-term centre-back partner.

According to a report from La Nazione on Monday (via PianetaMilan), Milenkovic could be sold this summer as La Viola are experiencing problems regarding the renewal of his current contract, which expires in 2022.

In addition, the report speculates that Rocco Commisso could sacrifice the Serbia international in order to help his club retain jewels such as goalkeeper Bartlomiej Dragowski and midfielder Gaetano Castrovilli – both of whom have been linked with Milan.

To sell Milenkovic, Fiorentina are asking for at least €35million, and an exchange deal involving Brazilian midfielder Lucas Paqueta cannot be ruled out as he is valued at the same figure by Milan.
