La Nazione: Fiorentina still serious about Milan, Inter target Tonali with €50m offer placed

By Oliver Fisher -

Fiorentina have not given up on their pursuit of reported AC Milan, Inter and Juventus target Sandro Tonali, it is claimed.

Tonali has been linked to a number of different clubs over the past few months as he is expected to take the next step in his young career and move to a bigger club than his current side Brescia.

Although several reports have claimed it will be a straight shootout between Inter and Juventus (with the Nerazzurri favourites), La Nazione (via MilanNews) are reporting that Fiorentina are not yet resigned to seeing their dream midfield addition slip away.

Their owner Rocco Commisso has long been following Tonali and during Fiorentina-Brescia on Monday evening there will be the last chance for the two clubs to talk directly before the window reopens.

Brescia president Massimo Cellino values Tonali at €50million and La Viola have put that figure on the plate, but Brescia has rejected the proposal for reasons not specified.

It is logical to think therefore that the Lombardy club are looking to welcome technical counterparts and therefore deal with Inter or Juventus instead.
