Armand Lauriente is quickly becoming a bit of a nemesis for AC Milan, given that he now has scored four goals against them.
During yesterday’s game against Sassuolo, Milan were certainly a little vulnerable on the flanks and this was proved by the fact that both of their goal scorers were their wingers. Both were fairly predictable, too.
Indeed, Lauriente is entering the Domenico Berardi territory of nemesis and the Rossoneri seemingly have no answer to the Frenchman, who has scored for fun in recent fixtures against Sunday’s losers.
His goal this weekend was his fifth in five games, with another assist also proving how deadly he is.
Lauriente’s ‘fun’
Speaking to DAZN after the game, via MilanNews, the Frenchman described the joy of his performance.
Did you have fun?
“I had fun, as always, we did well.”
How do you feel when you dribble?
“Dribbling is useful when needed. I do it when there’s no other option.”
It is an interview that reminds you of a certain Milanese player who may depart. If he departs, the Diavolo could certainly do worse…
