GdS: Lautaro, Inzaghi and Bastoni at risk of suspension after Inter-Milan altercations

By Oliver Fisher -

Lautaro Martinez is at risk of being given a suspension by Lega Serie A after the altercation that took place at the end of Inter’s derby defeat against AC Milan.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews), the clash between the Argentina striker and Theo Hernandez at the end of the derby could have consequences for the former. There have been accusations that Lautaro spat at the Frenchman but the images do not clarify it at the moment.

However, the fear for Inter mainly concerns the insults that Martinez shouted at Theo. If the match inspectors heard them and reported them to the referee, then Guida would probably have written something in his report, which could lead Lautaro to a disqualification.

In addition, the positions of the Inter coach himself Simone Inzaghi and their defender Simone Bastoni – who was also very agitated after the game – must also be verified, with the federal inspectors’ report awaited.

      1. U know what i mean, dont be smart to me,only strong matches they have are vs milan, napoli and juventus,u can call it however u want ,a derby, the shit, the chocolatte,i dont care, its a derby match in terms of how strong it is

        1. But what you say is basically wrong. Derby refer to match between two teams from the same city, irrespective of their strength.

Therefore Milan v Inter is derby, United v City is derby, Atlético v Real Madrid is derby but el Clasico is not.
