Massimiliano Allegri is one of the top coaches in Italian football history and with his AC Milan future not 100% confirmed, approaches are being considered.
Considering the reports about the changes at Milan this summer, it is no surprise that Allegri’s position could be of interest to a few clubs. Indeed, the Italian’s future has been questioned and it is not a guarantee that he will continue at San Siro next season.

Attempt(s) for Allegri?
According to La Repubblica, via MilanPress, both Napoli and Lazio are making an effort to hire the Italian, with his future still undecided. Claudio Lotito has pursued him for years now, albeit unsuccessfully and hopes to see a change.
With Napoli, Antonio Conte’s exit has led them to look for a ‘top’ coach and Allegri would fit the bill. Similarly to the situation with Lotito, Aurelio De Laurentiis is a big fan and he is at the top of their shortlist.
Both would have a minimal (if any) chance it appears, with reports suggesting that the door would only be slightly open for the Italian national team. Indeed, it may be a non-starter and both owners maybe need to look elsewhere.
For Milan, though, the interest in him should be enough to ensure that his pleas are listened to this summer.

Allegri & Lotito are football soulmates, though even Lazio is too high a level. He should be a relegation firefighter at best
There are reports Atalanta are after Sarri. Why would Atalanta want Sarri when Palladino is doing well?
I’m not fond of Allegri leaving as I want this team and club finally get some consistency and stability but if this somehow happens then we should go for Palladino.
