Le Parisien: Ibrahimovic probed ground over possibility of PSG return through agent Raiola

Renewing his contract with AC Milan at the end of the season was not the only option being considered by Zlatan Ibrahimovic, a report claims.

According to reports from Le Parisien (via MilanNews), the Swedish centre-forward probed the ground through his agent Mino Raiola to understand if there was the possibility of a return to Paris Saint-Germain before eventually renewing his deal with Milan for another year.

In particular, it was the Italian-Dutch agent who tested the ground with Leonardo, who however replied that he was not interested in the return of the Swede. Ibrahimovic, who will turn 40 next season, continues to be a very important pillar of the Milan side having helped guide them back to the Champions League as the top scorer last season.

He will be with the Rossoneri until at least next June, and then he will decide if it is finally time to hang up his boots.
