By Isak Möller -

AC Milan are already making moves on the market, preparing for next season which will be led by Ralf Rangnick. The Rossoneri have had an offer for Wesley Fofana rejected by Saint-Etienne, a report claims.

According to Le10Sport.com, the French side are willing to part ways to with the centre-back this summer to help stabilize their financial situation. However, despite this they won’t make any major discounts on the price tag.

In fact, Milan presented a €14m offer for the 19-year-old recently but Saint-Etienne deemed it too low. The Rossoneri, per the report, will have to offer a figure of just above €20m to convince the club to agree to the sale.

They are currently preparing a new attempt for Fofana and this time, the offer will be higher. Furthermore, contacts have taken place with the player’s entourage and an agreement in principle was reached with regards to the personal terms.
