AC Milan will face a transfer battle with Liverpool if they are to seal the signing of RC Lens defender Loic Bade, according to a report.
It was reported by Simone Rovera of Telefoot on Twitter that Milan are interested in Bade as a potential alternative to Simakan. The 20-year-old has played 16 Ligue 1 games so far this campaign and is one of the most highly-rated defensive prospects in France at the moment. Milan have scouted the player several times over the last few games, the journalist adds.
According to the latest from Le10Sport, Bade is indeed part of the Milan wish list for the current winter transfer window. However, another big European cup are also active behind the scenes in Liverpool, who are carefully watching the player’s progress.
Bade is under contract with Lens until June 2023, and could leave for a big fee in the next summer transfer window if he continues at this level of performance.
