Paris Saint-Germain want to sign AC Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma for three big reasons, according to a report from France.
With his contract set to expire in June 2021 and nothing yet to suggest that a renewal is imminent, a number of clubs continue to be linked with a move for Donnarumma.
According to Le10Sport (via Calciomercato.it), the 21-year-old goalkeeper has been linked with PSG for some time and that interest still remains. In fact, there are several reasons why the French club are focusing on his capture.
The first is that Donnarumma – despite his young age – has already gained great experience at high levels. Secondly, his arrival in Paris would allow for the consolidation of relations with Mino Raiola, a factor that could help PSG on several fronts.
Above all, the arrival of the Italian would allow Leonardo to secure a young and elite goalkeeper, who would take over from Keylor Navas.
