Le10Sport: Thiago Silva saga takes another turn as Milan, Man Utd and Arsenal look on

By Oliver Fisher -

The details of a new contract that reported Milan target Thiago Silva rejected from current club Paris Saint-Germain has been revealed.

The Brazilian’s deal is set to expire at the end of the month and there is no sign of an imminent renewal with the Ligue 1 side, meaning he will be free to join another club, with Milan repeatedly linked.

According to Le10Sport, PSG offered Thiago Silva a salary of between €4-5million on a two-year deal, three times less than what he is currently earning. He instantly refused the conditions proposed by sporting director Leonardo, believing he can earn more elsewhere, but now Thiago could reflect in the coming days and reconsider the offer.

In the meantime, the report adds that Milan, Arsenal, Manchester United and Barcelona are all also keen, but it is Everton that are pressing strongest – in particular his former boss Carlo Ancelotti.
