Rafael Leao is the main topic of discussion for AC Milan for more than just his contract negotiations after his poor form led to Stefano Pioli dropping him again, a report claims.
As has been discussed by Tuttosport (via Milan News), the Portuguese striker is the centre of attention for the wrong reasons now.
He has been making headlines for his protracted contract discussions with the club that do not appear close to a resolution, but now his bad form has led to Stefano Pioli dropping him from the starting lineup on more than one occasion.
He was dropped for the 5-2 defeat against Sassuolo and again for the 1-0 defeat against Inter on Sunday night. That was a major shock as, whilst he is out of form, he is the best player in the Rossoneri squad.
Now there will be a huge amount of focus on whether he starts the next game against Torino.
If only we’d sold him earlier and got Kvaradona instead. No fuss, no contract disputes, better stats and better team. Less individualism than now too. Oh well, that boat has sailed so no point in dwelling on that like some people do with a BARCELONA-OWNED player whose name will probably pop up on this page 20 times or so soon enough. 😀

Not just bench him. Make him a ball picker at San Siro. Bakayoko too. These guys needs to parade and shame them for dragging their feet on contract talks
