Last night, there were a few faces of importance at San Siro, including members of the management. However, a notable football agent was also present to watch AC Milan.
As we head into the final weeks of the season, there will be fewer and fewer opportunities for clubs to scout players. Yet, it is not a one-way street. Sometimes, players (or their representatives) have to see what they would be stepping into.
This also allows them to speak to the club in person, too. So, it is not uncommon for agents to attend games and this explains why Pini Zahavi was present to watch Milan’s game against Juventus.
Zahavi present for Milan-Juventus
Zahavi represents Robert Lewandowski, who has been heavily linked with a move to the Rossoneri recently. However, there are also suggestions that he could head to Turin and represent the Bianconeri.
It was a game lacking frontline quality, so there would be a prime spot for Lewandowski there.
His agent has been in Italy over the past few days to speak to the interested parties and MilanNews reports that there is one thing that matters most in negotiations. He must join a team in the Champions League.
Now, both side’s of Sunday’s game should qualify within the top four, but their levels of interest may differ. Juventus see him as a ‘potential attacking prospect’, whilst the Diavolo are monitoring him alongside others, like Alexander Sorloth.
Decisions are yet to be made by all parties, but his agent’s attendance shows signs of some interest.

I wonder if he fell asleep though. Hope he did. Otherwise he’ll recommend his client to join other teams instead.
I wonder if Gerry was awake the entire time?
I doubt that. Unless he was playing with his phone or making business calls.
