According to Gianluca Di Marzio’s latest for Sky (via MilanNews), one of the profiles that has attracted the interest of the directors is that of Ayyoub Bouaddi, a Lille midfielder who is just 17 years of age.
The young Frenchman – who will turn 18 on October 2 – has already amassed 24 appearances in Ligue 1 and nine appearances in the Champions League in the season that has just ended.
Massimiliano Allegri, involved in the market choices of the new era, has given a positive opinion on the player. Bouaddi represents an interesting prospect for the future and Milan could decide to invest in him in the next few weeks.
Having been in the youth academy of AFC Creil, the teenager headed to Lille in 2021 and graduated from the B Team two years later. He has represented France at every youth level up to U21s.

If we have Modric, and (maybe) Xhaka. I think it would benefit Adli and Bouaddi. Our young player need world class player to guide

Milan actually has several players from their own academy within this age, even slightly older, but labelled as “not ready” because never got proper chance (coming in as substitute in last 5-10 minutes of game is not proper chance). Meanwhile Milan still prefer prefer teenage abroad player, who has played 20 league games because his club put trust on him (or maybe since their older players are worse. Regardless)

It is italian mentality. They always say the youngster from their ranks are not ready.
We see in the last 10 years there were less young italian broke to the first team.
The talented young players got little chance. One mistake, they will be direcy punished..
there have been good players mentioned in the media lately and bad ones, but if there is one player we must NOT get, then its him. just like FM Kassel says, what would Malaspina, Sala, Comotto think of it? we have so many talents in our youth teams, we could have a strong club trained team in a few years. but instead we make Zeroli, Barts, Liberali, etc. thinking about parting ways.
First, the guy is more defensive than offensive and is a lot different from Zeroli and Liberali. Second, we have a player who is 17 years old and is worth 27 million euro on the transfermarkt? 🤣🤣. Which one is it?
i know he is different from Zeroli and Liberali, but if you want to have a proper age balance you cannot use more than 2-3 teenagers on a regular basis, so it doesnt really matter which positions they are. and yes, i didnt mention Camarda, because he seems to be the only one the management cares about (and even with him they made mistakes)
