The Englishman is one step away from leaving Chelsea for the Rossoneri, as has been confirmed by various sources this morning including Gianluca Di Marzio. The final fee should be around €21m including bonuses.
In addition to Loftus-Cheek, ad reported by Daniele Longo, Milan intend to sign another 2-3 midfielders this summer. This is more or less needed given the departure of Ssndro Tonali to Newcastle and the injury of Ismael Bennacer.
The likes of Yunus Musah and Tijjani Reijnders have both been linked with the Rossoneri and especially the latter appears likely to join. In short, it’s clear that the mercato has just begun and that there is some unfinished business.
