Francesco Camarda has struggled for game time with the first team lately and as argued by Andrea Longoni, AC Milan should send him down to the Futuro side. After all, Daniele Bonera’s side could certainly use the help.
After starting the season with the Futuro side, Caarda has been with the first team consistently since October last year, only making two appearances in Serie C in that period. However, with just 152 minutes accumulated in Serie A, he has mostly been on the bench.
In his latest editorial for MilanNews, the journalist Andrea Longoni addressed the situation and stated that Milan should send him back to the Futuro. Currently in 18th place with 22 points, Bonera’s side could certainly use the help.
“Some reflection on Camarda would also be useful. His transfer to Monza was blocked, so perhaps it would be a good idea to have him return to Milan Futuro, otherwise he risks never being on the pitch,” he stated.
It remains to be seen what will happen next season, as Camarda clearly needs consistent playing time to develop. A loan move to another Serie A seems very likely for the time being, with Santiago Gimenez expected to be the starter for Milan.
I always like it when he comes in. Ofcourse he hasn’t the required level yet, but he gives everything on the pitch. He will be a great player for us in the future.
That would be the best for everyone, apart from his youthful vigor and exuberance, you can clearly see he is not ready, let him prove himself in the Futuro team, even next season he should be allowed to stay with the Futuro team, then if he improves in goal scoring, his physique and experience , then ship him to a serie b team for the 26/27 season, let him prove himself in that level, then when he is 19, strong and proven, then bring him back, right now he has not done anything that warrants him been in the Snr team, he has not earned it, if the club is not careful with the way they manage him, they run the risk of burning him out..

I don’t agree that Camarda should go with Milan Futuro, the situation is Toxic and a Disaster because of Mister Bonera that don’t have the Balls to say I quit. Monza was not ideal for him because they sinking to Serie B. The ideal place for Him is with Primavera Milan u20 under Coach Guidi that can guide him to a better Future. Keith 🇲🇹
