MN: Maignan, Kjaer and Messias work individually as Juventus preparation begins

By Oliver Fisher -

Three players worked individually at Milanello today which puts their presence for the game against Juventus in doubt, a report claims.

MilanNews report that Stefano Pioli has been boosted by the full recovery of Theo Hernandez, who did the entire training session with the rest of the squad and that means the full-back is back available for the match against Juventus on Saturday evening.

However, there is still uncertainty about other players, and the report mentions that Mike Maignan, Simon Kjaer and Junior Messias all carried out individual training. Those involved included players who did not play or played only a portion of the match against Chelsea last night.

It must be mentioned that – based on previous reports – only Messias seems in contention to return against Juventus given Maignan and Kjaer have slightly longer issues to resolve, but the positive news at least is that they are back on the field.
